Building Information Modeling (BIM)

We manage most of our projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology. This process enables multi- disciplinary planning from 3D to 7D and replaces the traditional two- dimensional construction plans.  Additional dimensions include depth, time, costs, types of material, quantities and project phase.

Building an exact and detailed model with BIM methodology prior to actual construction of the project enables detection of clashes between materials, components and disciplines in early stages of planning, thereby enhancing quality control, reducing costs and accelerating delivery times.
