Founder and CEO Dan Ben Amram leads the company in its two main fields of expertise:
Dan Real Estate Ltd. – As real estate entrepreneurs, we specialize in planning and implementation of residential housing and neighborhood building projects as well as urban renewal. Our current projects involve around 550 housing units in different stages of design and construction.
Dan Ben Amram Engineering and Management – Experts in the planning, management and supervision of development, infrastructure and public construction projects.

• Our team manages most of its projects using the Building Information Model (BIM), which uses a three-dimensional model for better visualization and effective coordination, in conjunction with Revit, Civil3D, and Naviswork.
• We uphold environmentally responsible and resource efficient planning and construction.
