Civil engineer Dan Ben Amram has gained extensive experience and expertise in his field, especially in the areas of infrastructure, bridges and tunnels, public buildings construction, housing and real estate development. From 2007-2012, he served as the CEO of Ramet, a company that specializes in the planning and implementation of national projects, including the Calatrava Bridge and the Mt. Herzl underground car park in Jerusalem and the Hillel Yaffe hospital in Hadera; and military construction projects, as well as large-scale Israeli and international projects such as residential and public buildings in Modiin, Har Homa and the Bukowinska neighborhood in Poland.

Prior to that, Dan served from 2003-2007 as Head of Planning for the Moriah Jerusalem Development Corporation, where he worked on projects such as Highway 9; the Chords Bridge; Jerusalem’s Payis Arena; development of the Beit Hakerem and Har Homa new neighborhoods, the construction of public buildings, the development of the Begin Highway South, Highway 16, and more.

Dan served as a senior engineer in Ove Arup & Partners (Arup Group) from 2001-2003, one of the largest engineering firms in the world. Among the projects he worked on in England include an underground railway station, reconstruction and transformation of the Thames’ Blackfriars bridge to a central railway station; construction of the Portobello and Warwick bridges, among others

From 1996-2001, Dan served as a senior construction manager (infrastructure and building) in the Jerusalem firm of Kahan Engineering & Partners and Keidan Construction in Haifa.

Dan has an MSc in Civil Engineering from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology.
